ZobbyKids Family Tracker ("ZobbyKids", "we", "us", "our") is a family activity tracking Progressive Web Application operated by Biswo Thapa ("Developer"). ZobbyKids helps parents track their children's daily activities, behaviour, school performance, health records, and earned reward points.
The service is accessible at zubbykids.com and via the ZobbyKids mobile app. By using ZobbyKids, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Developer under these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zubbykids.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Each family has one account. Parent 1 creates the account and may invite Parent 2 via the 6-digit family invite code. Both parents access the same family data. Sharing your account with people outside your immediate family is not permitted.
ZobbyKids operates on a freemium subscription model. The following plans are available:
| Plan | Price | Key Features |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | FREE for 14 days | 1 child, 1 parent, 27 default activities, 7-day log history. No credit card required. |
| Silver | $4.99/month or $47.99/year | 2 children, both parents, custom activities, monthly reports, 15-day evaluation. |
| Premium | $9.99/month or $95.99/year | Unlimited children, all school points, full reports, CSV/JSON export, priority support. |
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 business days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to a locked state until payment is resolved. Your data will be retained for 30 days after a failed payment to allow reactivation.
New families receive a 14-day free Trial upon registration. No credit card is required to start the Trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of the app or by emailing support@zubbykids.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
Deleting your account is permanent. All personal data, child profiles, activity logs, health records, and family data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Billing history and consent records are retained for 7 years as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
ZobbyKids is designed to help parents track their children's activities and development. You agree not to:

ZobbyKids is operated by parents, for parents. Children do not create accounts or interact with the service directly.
Health records, medication details, vaccination schedules, and medical notes you enter are stored for your personal reference only. ZobbyKids is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions about your child.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Children under 13 cannot create accounts. All child data is entered by verified parents only. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
